Landon starting turning in his applications to Pharmacy School and now we're anxiously waiting. We could be waiting for months or years before he gets THE "acceptance" letter. Even if there's no success this year we'll have more options next year. No matter how the waiting turns out I'll probably cry.
If we don't get THE letter I'll cry because for another entire year we'll just be in no-where-land. Waiting to think about life after school, buying a house and knowing for sure this will be our home forever.
If we get THE letter from Oklahoma I'll REALLY cry and there will be few tears of joy. I don't want to move away, only see family a couple times a year and then who knows when we'll be able to come back. I try not to think about it. If it happens, I'll survive somehow, but It'll be hard for me. Of course the thought of having an end in sight will be the few tears of Joy that I have.
Now the biggest wish, I won't even be picky...Just let us get THE letter from the University of Southern Nevada (they have an extension in South Jordan) or the University of Utah. Then I'll cry only tears of joy! We'll be close to family for birthday parties, holidays, Sunday dinners and then we'll be able to find the perfect home and think about when we want to start a family.
I just have to keep reminding myself that whatever is best for us will happen. When the time is right we'll get THE letter we've been waiting for and it'll be from whatever school we're meant to be at.
Landon's worked really hard to get good grades, studied a lot over the summer to get a good PCAT score and hardly complains about leaving for school at 6:30 in the morning...this is something big because Landon is not a morning person. I'm grateful for all of his hard work and dedication. He's the perfect husband and no matter how things turn out or where we end up next year I'm glad we'll be together.

Amy, It will be OK no matter where THE letter comes from. I know some, ok one, will be harder to be super happy about, but the Lord always has our best interest in mind.
Here's to keeping fingers crossed for the one you want and lots of prayers for the one you need. Let's hope they are the same!
